1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We currently ship to the United States and most international destinations.
Our shipping zones and rates are as follows:

United States

  • Free Shipping (3–7 business days)
  • Priority Shipping ($15.99): 2–5 business days

International

  • Standard Shipping ($7.99): 7–12 business days (delivery times vary by location)

Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping ($4.99): 4–10 business days

3. Tracking Orders

Tracking numbers are provided for all shipped orders. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation email for tracking information to update.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we may charge a reshipping fee.
