### 1. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it is sent to production quickly to ensure timely delivery.  
If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us within **12 hours** of purchase at **support@luxurygiftmart.com**.  


After this time, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order if production has already started.

### 2. Returns & Exchanges
Because most of our products are **made-to-order and personalized**, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery with:
- Your order number  
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item  

We’ll replace the product or issue a refund based on the situation.

### 3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
1. Email us at **support@luxurygiftmart.com** within **7 days** of receiving your package.  
2. Include photos showing the issue and your order number.  
3. Once verified, we’ll send a **replacement** at no additional cost or issue a **refund** to your original payment method.

### 4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made products  
- Digital gift cards  
- Clearance or final sale items

### 5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within **2–10 business days** after confirmation.  
The refund will be applied automatically to your original payment method (Shopify Payments, PayPal, or credit card).  

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider.

### 6. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:
1. Recheck your bank account or PayPal balance.  
2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before a refund is posted).
